Is source artwork included?

We include up to 3 rounds. Additional revisions are available with punchcard credits or at added cost.

Product Packaging

Are dielines included?

Yes—yours or custom dielines depending on your printer's format.

Do you offer mockups?

Punchcard Access

How does the Punchcard system work?

Buy time-based slots. Use them as needed across eligible tasks.

Do slots expire?

Yes—valid for 90 days. Reminders are sent before expiration.

What tasks are covered?

Landing pages, print edits, banners, tweaks, mockups, and more.

Is there a refund policy?

Punchcard sales are final. We can reassign unused slots on request.

Social Media

Do you offer post design?

Yes—static or animated posts, story templates, and reels.

Can you schedule or manage accounts?

No—we design content, but do not publish or manage posts.

Are editable templates included?

Yes—Canva or PSD formats are available upon request.

Do you charge for platform variations?

No extra charge for basic format resizing. Custom layouts may cost more.

Support Plans

What’s included in a support plan?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes—monthly billing. Cancel before your next renewal.

How fast is support?

Standard tasks are completed in 2–4 business days. Rush is available via punchcard.

Pure HTML/CSS/JS, Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify-based layouts.

Do pages include SEO markup?
